Shipping policy

TRUNKI is operated by Plus Social Pty Ltd trading as TRUNKI (ABN 13 638 223 588).

Dispatch time

We aim to process and fulfil orders within 48 hours and dispatch on the next business day. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, major promotions, or courier delays), dispatch and delivery timeframes may be longer.

Shipping costs

- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (AUD) (where available at checkout).

- Shipping rates for orders under $100, express options, and international shipping (if available) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes

Most orders are dispatched within around 10 business days. Delivery time after dispatch varies by location and carrier. Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, bulky freight handling, or carrier/supply factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll provide an update and appropriate options.

Tracking

We use two carriers in our delivery network — a courier for linehaul and Australia Post for final delivery in many cases. Because multiple carriers may handle the parcel, tracking scans can sometimes appear delayed or update intermittently.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us at info@trunkistore.com and we’ll help.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a re-shipping fee to resend the parcel.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, contact info@trunkistore.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other remedy.
